  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot thank Caroline enough the difference is so vast and her light is now shining again . I would recommend Caroline to anyone her kindness understanding professionalism she is truly gifted she has given my daughter her life back . I will always be so thankful to Caroline

  I’ve been having reflexology with Caroline very regularly since July and I still count down the days before each treatment. I look forward to them so much! it’s my “Me Time” that’s become all the more important to get especially in these crazy times we find ourselves in. From the moment you walk through the door you easily switch off from the outside world and this is mainly due to Caroline herself who’s just the warmest loveliest person you’re likely to meet.

Really enjoyed my sessions with Caroline, felt so relaxed and good after each one. She was able to work on my problem areas and help me out. Caroline is a lovely person and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable.will defo be back for more, highly recommend.

  I brought our baby boy to Caroline a few weeks back and it’s safe to say he’s like a different child since we started the reflexology on him. The visit consisted of Caroline showing me how to do what needs to be done and providing me with an easy to follow guide for home as well as treating me to some reflexology. I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing. Thank you so much and I will continue my weekly treatments for me time and everything else that wants to attack me can take a hike haha xxx Namaste xxx

  My husband and I both went to Caroline for some relaxation and release 2 weeks ago and we were blown away by how good she was, and how much time she spent giving us knowledgeable advice and tips. I got reflexology, and Caroline was able to pin point 2 major problem area for me. I've had reflexology done many time in Many different salons and hotels, Caroline was by far the best. My husband suffers with bad hearing with one hear and sinus trouble so he had hopi candeling done and reflexology also, he felt a huge relief and was so relaxed. I had the pleasure of meeting caroline last saturday morning for some treatments... she had a taster of ear hopi, lymphatic draining and reflexologhy. Through the years ive had reflex done and was very satisfied with it until i had mine done with caroline at WHITE LIGHT seriously people you wont know what im talking about till you try it....   I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

I have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! The room is so cosy and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable!!The treatments really helps bad sleepers too! It is so important to take an hour out for something like this for a break away from every day stresses and assists work-life balance!
