Had an amazing (well needed) reflexology treatment today off the beautiful Caroline...so friendly and welcoming. She has a fabulous positive energy and is so professional and knowledgeable and had me so relaxed by end of the treatment I floated home!! I would highly recommend Caroline and will be back for more RnR soon xx

  I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I cannot reccommend this amazingly talented and gifted lady enough shes brilliant and what she does. Always Happy Friendly and professional and goes above and beyond for all clients. I had my first appointment with Caroline last week. From the minute I entered her beautiful home she made me feel relaxed welcomed she listens with a kind ear and a warm smile. The reflexology was just amazing as Caroline worked on different eras of my body through my feet I could feel and recognise the areas that she was working on, at that moment in time. it was relaxing amazing and just mind-blowing to understand how your Body Works and how importing the feet are to the body. After leaving Caroline I was on cloud nine I was like a bubble and even the following day it was just so relaxed. Caroline gave me three exercises to do which I am doing on a daily basis and I am finding what she has taught me from just that one session I feel like it has made a change in a positive way. I can't wait for my next session this week and I would recommend 100% it's amazing. I've have in the last year or so have been talking about liking to do reflexology and I'm looking into hopefully start the course because it's something I'm definitely interested in and if I hadn't gone for the session with Caroline I don't think I'll be following this through so thank you so much Caroline for everything and see you this week

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

  I have to thank you so much Caroline for you hard and amazing work with Leslie, my partner who had stroke on the spinal cord after surgery what left him paralysed neck down in July. I got in touch with Caroline on November and Leslie had his first feet reflexology. I was expecting to get Leslie's mind more relaxed after his life was turned upside down. What i didn't expect was to get his blood sugars much more stable and normalising what doctors couldn't get under control at all with medication only. Latest big news for us is Leslie moved his right hand up and down from elbow 13th of March. We were just told by rehab consultants end of Feb that he haven't shown much progress with 6 months so its no hope. So to see him moving his hand was overwhelming for us. Thank you for believing his ability and not giving up on us as doctors did and not letting me to lose hope on him. You are amazing.

  A warm welcome and relaxing, inviting treatment room. Caroline made every effort to find out what my ailments were to match the right treatment to my symptoms. A combination of Hopi ear candling, face and foot reflexology really helped clear blocked sinuses, ease a migraine and helped improve sleeping.

  I had the most amazing & relaxing treatment with Caroline. I had the Head to Toe treatment. It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. This would be a lovely Christmas present for someone.

  Caroline was recommended to me for pregnancy reflexology when I was in my last week of pregnancy. As you do feel fed up in your final few weeks of pregnancy. I left Caroline feeling refreshed, able to sleep better. I believe my labour was only 3 hrs and not a problem ,discharged from hospital 11 hrs later because i had such an amazing treatment by Caroline before hand. Weeks later I returned to Caroline for Reflexology ,hopi ear candling again feeling amazing after treatments. words cant describe how great I find Caroline.
