  I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much. Caroline began teaching me baby reflexology which I'm looking so forward to learning more about in the coming weeks.sometimes we all need a bit of me time Getting my hair or nails done doesn't relax me it's a chore so I've found something that enriches me emotionally and I deserve it so thank you so much Caroline 💕

  I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I cannot reccommend this amazingly talented and gifted lady enough shes brilliant and what she does. Always Happy Friendly and professional and goes above and beyond for all clients. Everyone needs a lady like Caroline in there life. I cannot wait till baby is born to do the mother and baby reflexology with her. 5 stars are not enough for this lady

  A warm welcome and relaxing, inviting treatment room. Caroline made every effort to find out what my ailments were to match the right treatment to my symptoms. A combination of Hopi ear candling, face and foot reflexology really helped clear blocked sinuses, ease a migraine and helped improve sleeping.

  I noticed an immediate improvement in my sinus after my hopi ear candling and facial reflexology today. Fabulous treatment, Caroline is such a lovely & genuine lady and I felt really relaxed.

  i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍

  After months of madness working in a busy hospital I had no idea how much tension and stress had built up in my body. I had an Indian head massage and reflexology with Caroline and could literally feel it all leaving my body especially when she tipped back the gravity chair and I felt like I was floating. I have been back for more reflexology since and I am feeling way more energised and my body more relaxed. I would highly recommend some sessions with Caroline

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive. She knew actually how I felt and made me feel so comfortable. Would I recommend White Light Healing?? I’d put my life in her hands!!! I honestly can’t believe the way I feel after just one treatment...., all I can say is just try it!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting caroline last saturday morning for some treatments... she had a taster of ear hopi, lymphatic draining and reflexologhy.   I brought our baby boy to Caroline a few weeks back and it’s safe to say he’s like a different child since we started the reflexology on him. The visit consisted of Caroline showing me how to do what needs to be done and providing me with an easy to follow guide for home as well as treating me to some reflexology. Win win for both mammy and baby.

  I have to thank you so much Caroline for you hard and amazing work with Leslie, my partner who had stroke on the spinal cord after surgery what left him paralysed neck down in July. I got in touch with Caroline on November and Leslie had his first feet reflexology. I was expecting to get Leslie's mind more relaxed after his life was turned upside down. What i didn't expect was to get his blood sugars much more stable and normalising what doctors couldn't get under control at all with medication only. Latest big news for us is Leslie moved his right hand up and down from elbow 13th of March. We were just told by rehab consultants end of Feb that he haven't shown much progress with 6 months so its no hope. So to see him moving his hand was overwhelming for us. Thank you for believing his ability and not giving up on us as doctors did and not letting me to lose hope on him. You are amazing.
