Hello, 5 years since I setup this amazing little business. I have never put a cancellation policy in place before as I never needed to.
My diary is now full until the end of the year. Aswell as being a therapist I am also a mum and a wife etc and therefore I have selected days and times I can work.
My appointments slots are very precious to me and my clients and on top of this I have a waiting list of people who would love to book in, but they need notice.
If you do need to cancel I will need a min of 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation policy will apply.
Same day cancellations or no shows 100% will apply.
This business is my source of income and a no show or last minute cancellation really does effect my income.
