The ideal age for the classes are from 4 weeks old to pre crawler so roughly 9 months. We will be covering a different topic such as the nervous system, Digestive System, The Immune System, Sleep, Teething etc. Teaching parents wonderful techniques . We will have lots of time for questions and chat. The treatment covers the baby receiving a Reflexology session by the therapist, then its the parents turn to learn these amazing techniques on their own baby. Then its mammy's turn to receive the treatment themselves while cuddling their baby. Such a special treatment. Reflexology Oil and notes provided.
