Fabulous Reflexologist. I have been to Caroline three times so far and will be a regular from now on. Extremely relaxing and great for general well-being. Definitely recommend to anyone.

  I've been to Caroline a few times now for reflexology and Hopi and I highly recommend her for both treatments. I initially went just to see what it was all about, but the wellbeing I've felt since as a result of her expertise is amazing! Caroline is very professional and easy going . She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and accurately advised me of areas of issue. She performs reflexology for a wide range of issues and is naturally brilliant at what she does. I will be returning again !

  So we did our first online session with my daughter and all I can say is wow wow wow. She absolutely loved it. Caroline was amazing with her and talked her through all of the points that would help her. She can't wait for a face to face session.   Last week I had the pleasure of having my first reflexology session and I'm so glad I chose Caroline! I've been teaching in the beauty industry for over 10 years so needless to say I'm fussy! Caroline has a beautiful, warm yet professional manner. The treatment was incredibly relaxing. Caroline picked up on my thyroid issues and pcos and I could genuinely feel the difference before and after. I don't hesitate to recommend her. the treatment room is also cosy and welcoming! 😍😍😍😍

  I met with Caroline for the first time last night for 90 minutes of heaven. Hopi ear candling is a must for everybody! I feel so light and my sinus have cleared. Reflexology will now become a regular treatment for me. Caroline is very good at what she does and had great advice and home techniques for me to practice to maximise my well being. A lovely warm person with great skill.

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  Just recently found Caroline @ White Light Healing and really enjoying Reflexology sessions. For whatever reason, you need to take a load off, relax, destress, chill or rebalance yourself, I highly recommend Caroline and reflexology, she is a lovely person and great therapist ... treat yourself.

  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym .   I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much. Caroline began teaching me baby reflexology which I'm looking so forward to learning more about in the coming weeks.sometimes we all need a bit of me time Getting my hair or nails done doesn't relax me it's a chore so I've found something that enriches me emotionally and I deserve it so thank you so much Caroline 💕

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. I had the September special last week with Caroline, she is a beautiful and caring person and puts you straight at ease. All the treatments were new to me and Caroline explained everything in detail and told me what to expect as we went along. I suffer terrible with my sinuses ,my head is always congested and painful I've had two sessions of hoping and reflexology. I could cry with happiness with the relief I have in my head tonight .�

  What an amazing experience I had with Caroline. having never tried reflexology I was a bit unsure as to what to expect. After my first session I walked away being able to breath through my nose for the first time in over a month. being pregnant I was unable to take anything to help but Caroline worked her magic to give me some much needed relief. I had my very first reflexology session with the wonderful Caroline last night. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for my next session. I suffer with endometriosis and also I get really sore joints and cannot live without painkillers as there is no medical cure.
