Loved my session tonight , it’s something I’ve never tried before but Caroline made me feel so relaxed and explained everything to me so that I fully understood , I loved it and I can’t wait to go again . It’s definitely something everyone should try . Caroline is so professional and makes the experience so easy .
What an amazing experience I had with Caroline. having never tried reflexology I was a bit unsure as to what to expect. After my first session I walked away being able to breath through my nose for the first time in over a month. being pregnant I was unable to take anything to help but Caroline worked her magic to give me some much needed relief. Amazing.
I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing. Thank you so much and I will continue my weekly treatments for me time and everything else that wants to attack me can take a hike haha xxx Namaste xxx
Last week I had the pleasure of having my first reflexology session and I'm so glad I chose Caroline! I've been teaching in the beauty industry for over 10 years so needless to say I'm fussy! Caroline has a beautiful, warm yet professional manner. The treatment was incredibly relaxing. Caroline picked up on my thyroid issues and pcos and I could genuinely feel the difference before and after. I don't hesitate to recommend her. the treatment room is also cosy and welcoming! 😍😍😍😍
My first time getting this treatment done so was a bit apprehensive as don't normally treat myself... Caroline couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. I can't recall the last time I felt so relaxed. She was so professional but down to earth at the same time! I would highly recommend her services. I will definitely be back and have recommended her to many friends....

Caroline is amazing and knows what she is doing. the reflexology was amazing. i didnt know what to expect but i came out of there very relaxed and positive. had a good chat about what she found during the session and how she was able to help me and guide me in what to do next. alredy looking fwd to my next session.

After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days.
Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot thank Caroline enough the difference is so vast and her light is now shining again . I would recommend Caroline to anyone her kindness understanding professionalism she is truly gifted she has given my daughter her life back . I will always be so thankful to Caroline

I've been to Caroline a few times now for reflexology and Hopi and I highly recommend her for both treatments. I initially went just to see what it was all about, but the wellbeing I've felt since as a result of her expertise is amazing! Caroline is very professional and easy going . She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and accurately advised me of areas of issue. She performs reflexology for a wide range of issues and is naturally brilliant at what she does. I will be returning again !
Caroline has magic hands and a beautiful heart. She really cares for her clients and has a genuine love for what she does which so comes across in her work. She has a wonderful way with children and my two love going to her. She goes above and beyond and is more than just a reflexologist. I would highly recommend Caroline, she can change your life is so many ways.

To say Caroline has helped me is an understatment.... a friend of mine recommended Caroline to me a while ago as I was going through bad anxiety and mental issues pretty bad. I met Caroline and I can only describe her as Inspirational..... In just a short space of time she understood my issues and new straight away what the problem was ....premenopausal. She made me feel valued, important , safe and helped balance my hormones and gave me the best advice on how to deal with bad days and good days. She gave me to courage to go to a Menopause clinic to further seek help . I now feel like myself again for the first time in nearly 3 years that's because of you Caroline ....I would be still lost if it wasn't for you. I can not express enough how much you have helped me , gave me insight when I was blind to see no way out and the courage to take those steps. I have been going to Caroline at White Light Healing for Reflexology since Christmas. Up to then I had been living with reduced mobility and walked with a cane. I no longer do so. My daughter bought me my first voucher for Christmas and I haven’t looked back since. I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough. This place is a diamond of tranquility which rejuvenates the areas most needed. I don’t feel pain anymore, though I do still have areas of numbness, this is receding.
I look forward to my sessions every fortnight. I figure I owe myself this time, this healing and know that I will always leave feeling wonderful and regenerated. There’s not many things in life that can give you that for a few Bob. Thank you Caroline for your wonderful healing touch and presence. Xx

Very nice relaxing hopi candle and reflexology treatment, would easily recommend it to anyone!
I had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last night. The minute I walked into her treatment room I felt so relaxed and cosy. The zero gravity chair was so comfortable I felt cocooned lying in it. The treatment itself was lush and completely relaxing, I was able to totally switch off and I didn’t want it to end. Caroline went through everything very clearly and the aftercare advice has really helped today. I floated home and had a great nights sleep and was set up for the day. X
Had a relaxing couple of sessions with Caroline. She is a lovely person and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Was suffering from bad headaches and the Hopi candle with reflexology treatment really helped and also gave me loads of energy. I would highly recommend a session even if it is to chill out for an hour and have a great sleep that night after the treatment �

I would highly recommend Caroline and the service she provides, I had the Hopi ear handling, head and facial massage and reflexoly. my sinus problems have dramatically improved and have slept so much better since session, I will definitely be returning.
