  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym .   First time having Hopi ear handling, lymphatic face drainage and foot reflexology done, certainly won't be my last. Caroline is a beautiful person and I felt at ease as soon as I entered her premises. She explained everything to me before hand so perfectly. I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing.   i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍

I took my 2.5 year old to see Caroline after I had the most relaxing experience with her for the ear Hopi treatment.. my little boy suffers with his ears since 8/9 month old and we have been down the anti biotic route and surgical! We had our first treatment last week and my god the wax that came out of his ear must have been driving him mad! He has had the best week so far! Sleeping, eating better for me, behaving as good as a two year old does ( behavior was exceptionally bad when ears played up on him ) Caroline was so kind, gentle and utterly understanding- I was nervous that he wouldn’t stay easy for treatment but my pictures prove it. He loved it hasn’t said his ears are hurting all week. Caroline I just want to thank you so much you have two new loyal customers. Ps my treatment was for my hayfever and I have had it under control since being with Caroline. I still take an antihistamine but my symptoms are managed by it now..

  Caroline has a lovely kind warm and safe presence for children and adults. My 10 yr old son attends Caroline and loooooves her, he tells her everything so whilst she's not a therapist she provides a safe space where they feel they can share. He always struggles to stay awake when she gets to his bid toe and finds it fascinating himself. My 13 year old daughter also attends and the same she will chat away to Caroline about everything. she tends to be asleep after a few minutes and describes the experience as having her brain unravelled. Caroline is so patient so kind and I love that she comes from the same mindset as me so often my children think we've been talking prior to our sessions because shell give the very same advice. coming from someone other than their mammy is so much more accepting so as a parent I am truly grateful for Caroline and the wonder work she does. I've yet to get my feet up on that bed but I will!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

  I had 2 reflexology sessions with Caroline before Christmas and left feeling like I'd a new pair of feet. I was so relaxed and slept so well after both sessions. I must have been holding a lot of fluid because I definitely looked and felt slimmer/less bloated the following morning. I can't wait to get back when the restrictions are lifted 🥰

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive.
