We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

I had my very first reflexology session with the wonderful Caroline last night. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for my next session. I suffer with endometriosis and also I get really sore joints and cannot live without painkillers as there is no medical cure. Today was the first day in years I woke up and could walk without creeks in my joints I also didn't go straight for the painkillers.   I've been to Caroline a few times now for reflexology and Hopi and I highly recommend her for both treatments. I initially went just to see what it was all about, but the wellbeing I've felt since as a result of her expertise is amazing! Caroline is very professional and easy going .   Caroline is very professional & welcoming. Explained my treatments clearly & made me feel very relaxed. I had Hopi Ear Candle done & immediately felt relief in my sinuses. The facial & foot reflexology was super relaxing. After both I could feel a definite difference in the areas I had spoken with Caroline beforehand. I had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last night. The minute I walked into her treatment room I felt so relaxed and cosy. The zero gravity chair was so comfortable I felt cocooned lying in it. The treatment itself was lush and completely relaxing, I was able to totally switch off and I didn’t want it to end. Caroline went through everything very clearly and the aftercare advice has really helped today. I floated home and had a great nights sleep and was set up for the day. X
