We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

  Last week I had the pleasure of having my first reflexology session and I'm so glad I chose Caroline! I've been teaching in the beauty industry for over 10 years so needless to say I'm fussy!   Caroline was a pleasure to deal with. I attended the mother and baby reflexology one on one . She showed me how to do reflexology on my daughter and i even got some too. The hand out was great to be able to look back on.

  I’ve been having reflexology with Caroline very regularly since July and I still count down the days before each treatment. I look forward to them so much! it’s my “Me Time” that’s become all the more important to get especially in these crazy times we find ourselves in. I have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! Had a relaxing couple of sessions with Caroline. She is a lovely person and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Was suffering from bad headaches and the Hopi candle with reflexology treatment really helped and also gave me loads of energy. I would highly recommend a session even if it is to chill out for an hour and have a great sleep that night after the treatment �
