Initially weekly and now by weekly has made a massive improvement on my hot flushes night sweats and general sleeping patterns!   A warm welcome and relaxing, inviting treatment room. Caroline made every effort to find out what my ailments were to match the right treatment to my symptoms. A combination of Hopi ear candling, face and foot reflexology really helped clear blocked sinuses, ease a migraine and helped improve sleeping.

  Finally booked appointment with Caroline after sharing her page since she started her business and recommended lots of people to her. Went with the weight of the world on my shoulders which was starting to affect my kneck movement!! I'd never had Reflexology done before but Caroline worked MAGIC and I mean MAGIC next day I was 80% better had another treatment today. I also suffer with Raynaud's and noticed this morning after my walk my fingers hadn't turned white mention it to Caroline and she said that she would have work on that area also... This lady is a genius. Xx💕

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

  Would highly recomend Caroline at White Light Healing . I recently brought my 8 year old daughter for a treatment in the hope it would relax her and help with her anxiety.   I cannot recommend caroline enough, I live for my reflexology sessions which allow me to relax and have some time for myself. Caroline and her setting is just such a relaxing place to be that you forget everything and just chill.

I had the September special last week with Caroline, she is a beautiful and caring person and puts you straight at ease. Had an amazing (well needed) reflexology treatment today off the beautiful Caroline...so friendly and welcoming. She has a fabulous positive energy and is so professional and knowledgeable and had me so relaxed by end of the treatment I floated home!!   I had an Indian head/Thai foot/reflexology combo with Caroline today and WOW! Caroline is just amazing, the Indian head was out of this world, so unique to Caroline and her healing hands and I feel fantastic after it💜

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive. She knew actually how I felt and made me feel so comfortable. Would I recommend White Light Healing?? I’d put my life in her hands!!! I honestly can’t believe the way I feel after just one treatment...., all I can say is just try it!!!

  i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍

  Caroline is amazing at what she does. She put me at ease from the minute I arrived. I had pregnancy reflexology and it really prepared me and mentally and physically for labour. We will be booking the parent and baby session for sure
