  My first time going to Caroline on 5th May, not only is she such a truly lovely lady she has the most amazing magic hands, I really enjoyed my treatments and can’t wait to book again, couldn’t recommend her highly enough xxx

  Finally booked appointment with Caroline after sharing her page since she started her business and recommended lots of people to her. Went with the weight of the world on my shoulders which was starting to affect my kneck movement!! I'd never had Reflexology done before but Caroline worked MAGIC and I mean MAGIC next day I was 80% better had another treatment today. I also suffer with Raynaud's and noticed this morning after my walk my fingers hadn't turned white mention it to Caroline and she said that she would have work on that area also... This lady is a genius. Xx💕

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot thank Caroline enough the difference is so vast and her light is now shining again . I would recommend Caroline to anyone her kindness understanding professionalism she is truly gifted she has given my daughter her life back . I will always be so thankful to Caroline

  I had the most amazing & relaxing treatment with Caroline. I had the Head to Toe treatment. It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. This would be a lovely Christmas present for someone.

Really enjoyed my sessions with Caroline, felt so relaxed and good after each one. She was able to work on my problem areas and help me out. Caroline is a lovely person and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable.will defo be back for more, highly recommend.

  Caroline is very professional & welcoming. Explained my treatments clearly & made me feel very relaxed. I had Hopi Ear Candle done & immediately felt relief in my sinuses. The facial & foot reflexology was super relaxing. After both I could feel a definite difference in the areas I had spoken with Caroline beforehand. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments soon.

  I noticed an immediate improvement in my sinus after my hopi ear candling and facial reflexology today. Fabulous treatment, Caroline is such a lovely & genuine lady and I felt really relaxed.

I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing.   Iv has a few sessions now with Caroline the care and compassion she gives is amazing and that’s before the results from my sessions of reflexology my results are amazing I feel so much better in myself in a lot of ways. Caroline is such a beautiful person to be around get onto white light healing guys it’s the best thing iv done for myself 🙌🏽

  So far I’ve had 6 reflexology sessions with Caroline and I will continue to have many more! The feeling you get after a reflexology session is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I call the White Light Healing treatment room my safe zone because once I walk in I can feel the calmness and I begin to relax instantly.   After months of madness working in a busy hospital I had no idea how much tension and stress had built up in my body. I had an Indian head massage and reflexology with Caroline and could literally feel it all leaving my body especially when she tipped back the gravity chair and I felt like I was floating. I have been back for more reflexology since and I am feeling way more energised and my body more relaxed. I would highly recommend some sessions with Caroline

  Great experience. My 4yo fell asleep during 1st 5 minutes of the treatment. Very relaxing! Ear candling really worked.

  I’ve been having reflexology with Caroline very regularly since July and I still count down the days before each treatment. I look forward to them so much! it’s my “Me Time” that’s become all the more important to get especially in these crazy times we find ourselves in. From the moment you walk through the door you easily switch off from the outside world and this is mainly due to Caroline herself who’s just the warmest loveliest person you’re likely to meet.

I had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last night. The minute I walked into her treatment room I felt so relaxed and cosy. The zero gravity chair was so comfortable I felt cocooned lying in it. The treatment itself was lush and completely relaxing, I was able to totally switch off and I didn’t want it to end. Caroline went through everything very clearly and the aftercare advice has really helped today. I floated home and had a great nights sleep and was set up for the day. X
