She made me feel valued, important , safe and helped balance my hormones and gave me the best advice on how to deal with bad days and good days. She gave me to courage to go to a Menopause clinic to further seek help . I now feel like myself again for the first time in nearly 3 years that's because of you Caroline ....I would be still lost if it wasn't for you. I can not express enough how much you have helped me , gave me insight when I was blind to see no way out and the courage to take those steps. I had never been to a reflexologist before I went to Caroline. It is now a regular experience. Not only is it improving the health symptoms I was experiencing, it is a extremely relaxing hour to spend on me! Highly recommend Caroline and her amazing healing hands!

Would highly recomend Caroline at White Light Healing . I recently brought my 8 year old daughter for a treatment in the hope it would relax her and help with her anxiety. What an amazing experience I had with Caroline. having never tried reflexology I was a bit unsure as to what to expect. After my first session I walked away being able to breath through my nose for the first time in over a month. being pregnant I was unable to take anything to help but Caroline worked her magic to give me some much needed relief. Amazing.
I have been to Caroline several times for reflexology and I have floated out a different person to when I went in. She has really decreased my stress levels and she has a wonderfully caring nature. Caroline is an amazing reflexologist. Both myself and my son aged 9 have had treatments with her and reep the benefits for weeks afterwards. My son was anxious about going however was shocked by how much he LOVED it. Before we left he asked could he go again. Caroline is gifted with both children and adults. My sons treatment was a few weeks ago and he is still floating around on cloud 9...his confidence and ability to stand up for himself and others is beyond words.
