I had never been to a reflexologist before I went to Caroline. It is now a regular experience. Not only is it improving the health symptoms I was experiencing, it is a extremely relaxing hour to spend on me! Highly recommend Caroline and her amazing healing hands!

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  Caroline is wonderful at what she does, makes me drift in and out of sleep for the session amd then sleep like a baby when i get home. so calm and welcoming every time 🙂

  What an amazing experience I had with Caroline. having never tried reflexology I was a bit unsure as to what to expect. After my first session I walked away being able to breath through my nose for the first time in over a month. being pregnant I was unable to take anything to help but Caroline worked her magic to give me some much needed relief. Amazing.

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! I took my 2.5 year old to see Caroline after I had the most relaxing experience with her for the ear Hopi treatment.. my little boy suffers with his ears since 8/9 month old and we have been down the anti biotic route and surgical! We had our first treatment last week and my god the wax that came out of his ear must have been driving him mad! He has had the best week so far! Sleeping, eating better for me, behaving as good as a two year old does ( behavior was exceptionally bad when ears played up on him ) Caroline was so kind, gentle and utterly understanding- I was nervous that he wouldn’t stay easy for treatment but my pictures prove it. He loved it hasn’t said his ears are hurting all week. Caroline I just want to thank you so much you have two new loyal customers. Ps my treatment was for my hayfever and I have had it under control since being with Caroline. I still take an antihistamine but my symptoms are managed by it now..

I had the September special last week with Caroline, she is a beautiful and caring person and puts you straight at ease. All the treatments were new to me and Caroline explained everything in detail and told me what to expect as we went along.   I cannot recommend caroline enough, I live for my reflexology sessions which allow me to relax and have some time for myself. Caroline and her setting is just such a relaxing place to be that you forget everything and just chill.

I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing.   I had 2 reflexology sessions with Caroline before Christmas and left feeling like I'd a new pair of feet. I was so relaxed and slept so well after both sessions. I must have been holding a lot of fluid because I definitely looked and felt slimmer/less bloated the following morning. I can't wait to get back when the restrictions are lifted 🥰
