  Caroline was recommended to me for pregnancy reflexology when I was in my last week of pregnancy. As you do feel fed up in your final few weeks of pregnancy. I left Caroline feeling refreshed, able to sleep better. I believe my labour was only 3 hrs and not a problem ,discharged from hospital 11 hrs later because i had such an amazing treatment by Caroline before hand. Weeks later I returned to Caroline for Reflexology ,hopi ear candling again feeling amazing after treatments. words cant describe how great I find Caroline.   I have to thank you so much Caroline for you hard and amazing work with Leslie, my partner who had stroke on the spinal cord after surgery what left him paralysed neck down in July. I got in touch with Caroline on November and Leslie had his first feet reflexology. I was expecting to get Leslie's mind more relaxed after his life was turned upside down. What i didn't expect was to get his blood sugars much more stable and normalising what doctors couldn't get under control at all with medication only. Latest big news for us is Leslie moved his right hand up and down from elbow 13th of March. We were just told by rehab consultants end of Feb that he haven't shown much progress with 6 months so its no hope. So to see him moving his hand was overwhelming for us. Thank you for believing his ability and not giving up on us as doctors did and not letting me to lose hope on him. You are amazing.

  After months of madness working in a busy hospital I had no idea how much tension and stress had built up in my body. I had an Indian head massage and reflexology with Caroline and could literally feel it all leaving my body especially when she tipped back the gravity chair and I felt like I was floating. I have been back for more reflexology since and I am feeling way more energised and my body more relaxed. I would highly recommend some sessions with Caroline

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  Caroline is an amazing reflexologist. Both myself and my son aged 9 have had treatments with her and reep the benefits for weeks afterwards. I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me.   I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much.
