I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive. She knew actually how I felt and made me feel so comfortable. Would I recommend White Light Healing?? I’d put my life in her hands!!! I honestly can’t believe the way I feel after just one treatment...., all I can say is just try it!!!

i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍
I had the most amazing & relaxing treatment with Caroline. I had the Head to Toe treatment. It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. This would be a lovely Christmas present for someone.

I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me!
Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming.
I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

Purity HimaamboI have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! The room is so cosy and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable!!The treatments really helps bad sleepers too! It is so important to take an hour out for something like this for a break away from every day stresses and assists work-life balance!

Wonderful treatments. Caroline made me feel so calm and relaxed. Pain in back has eased. Treatment has cleared sinus infection. Great stress reliever. Can't wait for next treatment. Would recommend to everyone for stress, pain, relaxation. There is nothing this woman can't fix!

Caroline was a pleasure to deal with. I attended the mother and baby reflexology one on one . She showed me how to do reflexology on my daughter and i even got some too. The hand out was great to be able to look back on.

I suffer from anxiety and spinning and don’t sleep much I’ve had Caroline visit me twice now she has thought me pressure points and breathing techniques and she also got me a scent stick to help me when I’m out and it has worked great can’t wait for next visit
I met with Caroline for the first time last night for 90 minutes of heaven. Hopi ear candling is a must for everybody! I feel so light and my sinus have cleared. Reflexology will now become a regular treatment for me. Caroline is very good at what she does and had great advice and home techniques for me to practice to maximise my well being. A lovely warm person with great skill.

I have to thank you so much Caroline for you hard and amazing work with Leslie, my partner who had stroke on the spinal cord after surgery what left him paralysed neck down in July. I got in touch with Caroline on November and Leslie had his first feet reflexology. I was expecting to get Leslie's mind more relaxed after his life was turned upside down. What i didn't expect was to get his blood sugars much more stable and normalising what doctors couldn't get under control at all with medication only. Latest big news for us is Leslie moved his right hand up and down from elbow 13th of March. We were just told by rehab consultants end of Feb that he haven't shown much progress with 6 months so its no hope. So to see him moving his hand was overwhelming for us. Thank you for believing his ability and not giving up on us as doctors did and not letting me to lose hope on him. You are amazing.

I've been to Caroline a few times now for reflexology and Hopi and I highly recommend her for both treatments. I initially went just to see what it was all about, but the wellbeing I've felt since as a result of her expertise is amazing! Caroline is very professional and easy going . She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and accurately advised me of areas of issue. She performs reflexology for a wide range of issues and is naturally brilliant at what she does. I will be returning again !
After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days.
Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot thank Caroline enough the difference is so vast and her light is now shining again . Had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last week and cannot wait to return. I suffer with bad anxiety and don't sleep very well. All I can say is that I literally floated out of the treatment room on a cloud! I had the best nights sleep I had in months and felt calm and relaxed for days afterwards. Caroline is a kind, lovely, warm hearted person and put me completely at ease within moments of meeting her. I highly recommend her services!
