Had an amazing (well needed) reflexology treatment today off the beautiful Caroline...so friendly and welcoming. She has a fabulous positive energy and is so professional and knowledgeable and had me so relaxed by end of the treatment I floated home!!   Today was my third visit to White Light Healing. It was a fabulous experience, I was feeling stressed and anxious on arrival.   I met with Caroline for the first time last night for 90 minutes of heaven. Hopi ear candling is a must for everybody! I feel so light and my sinus have cleared. Reflexology will now become a regular treatment for me. Caroline is very good at what she does and had great advice and home techniques for me to practice to maximise my well being. A lovely warm person with great skill.

  I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! The room is so cosy and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable!!The treatments really helps bad sleepers too! It is so important to take an hour out for something like this for a break away from every day stresses and assists work-life balance!

  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. Had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last week and cannot wait to return. I suffer with bad anxiety and don't sleep very well.   Caroline has a lovely kind warm and safe presence for children and adults. My 10 yr old son attends Caroline and loooooves her, he tells her everything so whilst she's not a therapist she provides a safe space where they feel they can share. He always struggles to stay awake when she gets to his bid toe and finds it fascinating himself. My 13 year old daughter also attends and the same she will chat away to Caroline about everything. she tends to be asleep after a few minutes and describes the experience as having her brain unravelled. Caroline is so patient so kind and I love that she comes from the same mindset as me so often my children think we've been talking prior to our sessions because shell give the very same advice. coming from someone other than their mammy is so much more accepting so as a parent I am truly grateful for Caroline and the wonder work she does. I've yet to get my feet up on that bed but I will!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx
