  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot thank Caroline enough the difference is so vast and her light is now shining again . I would recommend Caroline to anyone her kindness understanding professionalism she is truly gifted she has given my daughter her life back . I will always be so thankful to Caroline

  Great experience. My 4yo fell asleep during 1st 5 minutes of the treatment. Very relaxing! Ear candling really worked.

Had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last week and cannot wait to return. I suffer with bad anxiety and don't sleep very well. All I can say is that I literally floated out of the treatment room on a cloud! I had the best nights sleep I had in months and felt calm and relaxed for days afterwards. Caroline is a kind, lovely, warm hearted person and put me completely at ease within moments of meeting her. I highly recommend her services!

I had the pleasure of meeting caroline last saturday morning for some treatments... she had a taster of ear hopi, lymphatic draining and reflexologhy. Through the years ive had reflex done and was very satisfied with it until i had mine done with caroline at WHITE LIGHT seriously people you wont know what im talking about till you try it.... I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN! professional, understanding, and most of all warming in the amazing job she does... she relieved pain a pain killer couldnt all while making me feel right at home....so you dont need to ask me would i recommend caroline because my answer will be...SHES A DEFO TO SEE�� im already planning my next session White Light Healing....cherie xx

  I had the most amazing & relaxing treatment with Caroline. I had the Head to Toe treatment. It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. This would be a lovely Christmas present for someone.

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

  I have been to Caroline several times for reflexology and I have floated out a different person to when I went in. She has really decreased my stress levels and she has a wonderfully caring nature.   Just recently found Caroline @ White Light Healing and really enjoying Reflexology sessions. For whatever reason, you need to take a load off, relax, destress, chill or rebalance yourself, I highly recommend Caroline and reflexology, she is a lovely person and great therapist ... treat yourself.

  I would highly recommend Caroline ! She is very skills listens and then explains how she can help ! I’ve been seeing her for few months now as menopause symptoms were unbearable ! Initially weekly and now by weekly has made a massive improvement on my hot flushes night sweats and general sleeping patterns! It’s so relaxing and Caroline really explores your symptoms to get best outcome for her clients !

  Caroline was a pleasure to deal with. I attended the mother and baby reflexology one on one . She showed me how to do reflexology on my daughter and i even got some too. The hand out was great to be able to look back on.

  Caroline is very professional & welcoming. Explained my treatments clearly & made me feel very relaxed. I had Hopi Ear Candle done & immediately felt relief in my sinuses. The facial & foot reflexology was super relaxing. After both I could feel a definite difference in the areas I had spoken with Caroline beforehand.   what a lovely lady caroline is.. I've been meaning to go to her for a treatment for a while now.. she has been highly recommended to me.. my daughter treated me for my birthday.., to hopi ear cancelling and reflexology. caroline met me at the door with a very warm welcome, this was my first time! I immediately felt very comfortable with her. caroline has a very gentle and caring way about her. the room was lovely and cosy. I had an amazing treatment and caroline explained everything as we went along, very clearly, so I was very much at ease,. she is a highly qualified lady, and very good at what she does, I woke up next day feeling amazing..
