Caroline came highly recommended to me and she certainly did not disappoint. The benefits I have felt since attending white Light Healing in December have been amazing.   After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym . I cannot recommend Caroline enough, I look forward to my reflexology sessions which allow me to relax, rebalance, de-stress and have some time out for myself.   I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

  I brought our baby boy to Caroline a few weeks back and it’s safe to say he’s like a different child since we started the reflexology on him. The visit consisted of Caroline showing me how to do what needs to be done and providing me with an easy to follow guide for home as well as treating me to some reflexology. Win win for both mammy and baby.

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

  So we did our first online session with my daughter and all I can say is wow wow wow. She absolutely loved it. Had an amazing (well needed) reflexology treatment today off the beautiful Caroline...so friendly and welcoming.   i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍

Had a relaxing couple of sessions with Caroline. She is a lovely person and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Was suffering from bad headaches and the Hopi candle with reflexology treatment really helped and also gave me loads of energy. I would highly recommend a session even if it is to chill out for an hour and have a great sleep that night after the treatment �
