  Caroline has magic hands and a beautiful heart. She really cares for her clients and has a genuine love for what she does which so comes across in her work. She has a wonderful way with children and my two love going to her. She goes above and beyond and is more than just a reflexologist. I had the September special last week with Caroline, she is a beautiful and caring person and puts you straight at ease. All the treatments were new to me and Caroline explained everything in detail and told me what to expect as we went along.   I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I cannot reccommend this amazingly talented and gifted lady enough shes brilliant and what she does. Always Happy Friendly and professional and goes above and beyond for all clients. Everyone needs a lady like Caroline in there life. I cannot wait till baby is born to do the mother and baby reflexology with her. 5 stars are not enough for this lady

I had my very first reflexology session with the wonderful Caroline last night. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for my next session. I suffer with endometriosis and also I get really sore joints and cannot live without painkillers as there is no medical cure. Today was the first day in years I woke up and could walk without creeks in my joints I also didn't go straight for the painkillers.   I have been going to Caroline at White Light Healing for Reflexology since Christmas. Up to then I had been living with reduced mobility and walked with a cane. I no longer do so. My daughter bought me my first voucher for Christmas and I haven’t looked back since. I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough. This place is a diamond of tranquility which rejuvenates the areas most needed. I don’t feel pain anymore, though I do still have areas of numbness, this is receding. I look forward to my sessions every fortnight. I figure I owe myself this time, this healing and know that I will always leave feeling wonderful and regenerated. I took my 2.5 year old to see Caroline after I had the most relaxing experience with her for the ear Hopi treatment.. my little boy suffers with his ears since 8/9 month old and we have been down the anti biotic route and surgical! We had our first treatment last week and my god the wax that came out of his ear must have been driving him mad! He has had the best week so far! Sleeping, eating better for me, behaving as good as a two year old does ( behavior was exceptionally bad when ears played up on him ) Caroline was so kind, gentle and utterly understanding- I was nervous that he wouldn’t stay easy for treatment but my pictures prove it. He loved it hasn’t said his ears are hurting all week. Caroline I just want to thank you so much you have two new loyal customers. Ps my treatment was for my hayfever and I have had it under control since being with Caroline. I still take an antihistamine but my symptoms are managed by it now..

  what a lovely lady caroline is.. I've been meaning to go to her for a treatment for a while now.. she has been highly recommended to me.. my daughter treated me for my birthday.., to hopi ear cancelling and reflexology. caroline met me at the door with a very warm welcome, this was my first time! I immediately felt very comfortable with her. caroline has a very gentle and caring way about her. the room was lovely and cosy. I had an amazing treatment and caroline explained everything as we went along, very clearly, so I was very much at ease,. she is a highly qualified lady, and very good at what she does, I woke up next day feeling amazing..   I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

Amazing session with Caroline last night. Tried her Hopi ear candling & reflexology combo. Was amazing & very relaxing. Slept fantastically after it & it really helped with my tinnitus. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!

I have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! The room is so cosy and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable!!The treatments really helps bad sleepers too! It is so important to take an hour out for something like this for a break away from every day stresses and assists work-life balance!

  I had 2 reflexology sessions with Caroline before Christmas and left feeling like I'd a new pair of feet. I was so relaxed and slept so well after both sessions. I must have been holding a lot of fluid because I definitely looked and felt slimmer/less bloated the following morning. I can't wait to get back when the restrictions are lifted 🥰
