Just recently found Caroline @ White Light Healing and really enjoying Reflexology sessions. For whatever reason, you need to take a load off, relax, destress, chill or rebalance yourself, I highly recommend Caroline and reflexology, she is a lovely person and great therapist ... treat yourself.

I first visited with my mother as a gift for her birthday. We both went and all she kept saying was this was the best gift yet(usually we do the likes of facials,massage or something similar). She suffers with digestion issues and literally her body entire for the coming days. I of late have been having difficulty balancing work,parenting with a two lifelong chronic illnesses. Shes fantastic. She doesn't just massage your feet she assess you as a whole. Full of life advice ,and balance and complete understanding. The candeling literally rids intense migraines the reflexology is definitely balancing out hormones, digestion, inflammation, insomnia etc. I arrive heavy sluggish, stressed, in pain and literally skip out revived back to the old fresh light pain free me. This woman is highly recommended if you are after a complimentary holistic approach to healing. We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

Had an amazing (well needed) reflexology treatment today off the beautiful Caroline...so friendly and welcoming.   I have been suffering for years with vertigo and blurred vision which Was completely stopping me reaching my full potential in my personal life and business . My 3 year old son had Hopi ear treatment with Caroline. I couldn’t believe how still and relaxed he was during the treatment. He’s always suffered from glue ear and ear infections and this treatment has made such a difference.

Had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last week and cannot wait to return. I suffer with bad anxiety and don't sleep very well. All I can say is that I literally floated out of the treatment room on a cloud! I had the best nights sleep I had in months and felt calm and relaxed for days afterwards. I had my first appointment with Caroline last week. From the minute I entered her beautiful home she made me feel relaxed welcomed she listens with a kind ear and a warm smile. The reflexology was just amazing as Caroline worked on different eras of my body through my feet I could feel and recognise the areas that she was working on, at that moment in time. it was relaxing amazing and just mind-blowing to understand how your Body Works and how importing the feet are to the body. After leaving Caroline I was on cloud nine I was like a bubble and even the following day it was just so relaxed. Caroline gave me three exercises to do which I am doing on a daily basis and I am finding what she has taught me from just that one session I feel like it has made a change in a positive way. I can't wait for my next session this week and I would recommend 100% it's amazing. I've have in the last year or so have been talking about liking to do reflexology and I'm looking into hopefully start the course because it's something I'm definitely interested in and if I hadn't gone for the session with Caroline I don't think I'll be following this through so thank you so much Caroline for everything and see you this week

  I've been to Caroline a few times now for reflexology and Hopi and I highly recommend her for both treatments. I initially went just to see what it was all about, but the wellbeing I've felt since as a result of her expertise is amazing! Caroline is very professional and easy going . She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and accurately advised me of areas of issue. She performs reflexology for a wide range of issues and is naturally brilliant at what she does. I had the pleasure of meeting caroline last saturday morning for some treatments... she had a taster of ear hopi, lymphatic draining and reflexologhy. Through the years ive had reflex done and was very satisfied with it until i had mine done with caroline at WHITE LIGHT seriously people you wont know what im talking about till you try it....   I would highly recommend Caroline and the service she provides, I had the Hopi ear handling, head and facial massage and reflexoly. my sinus problems have dramatically improved and have slept so much better since session, I will definitely be returning.

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive.
