My first time for hopi won't be my last I really enjoyed the treatment and I'm looking forward to going back very relaxing
I had my first appointment with Caroline last week. From the minute I entered her beautiful home she made me feel relaxed welcomed she listens with a kind ear and a warm smile. The reflexology was just amazing as Caroline worked on different eras of my body through my feet I could feel and recognise the areas that she was working on, at that moment in time. it was relaxing amazing and just mind-blowing to understand how your Body Works and how importing the feet are to the body. After leaving Caroline I was on cloud nine I was like a bubble and even the following day it was just so relaxed. Caroline gave me three exercises to do which I am doing on a daily basis and I am finding what she has taught me from just that one session I feel like it has made a change in a positive way. I can't wait for my next session this week and I would recommend 100% it's amazing. I've have in the last year or so have been talking about liking to do reflexology and I'm looking into hopefully start the course because it's something I'm definitely interested in and if I hadn't gone for the session with Caroline I don't think I'll be following this through so thank you so much Caroline for everything and see you this week

I have been for both reflexology and Thai foot massage at White Light Healing and have found that Caroline is fantastic. She is warm and welcoming and the treatments are amazing. Every time I have floated out of there totally relaxed.
I would highly recommend Caroline ! She is very skills listens and then explains how she can help ! I’ve been seeing her for few months now as menopause symptoms were unbearable ! Initially weekly and now by weekly has made a massive improvement on my hot flushes night sweats and general sleeping patterns! It’s so relaxing and Caroline really explores your symptoms to get best outcome for her clients !
Annalisa WorrallWe brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

So we did our first online session with my daughter and all I can say is wow wow wow. She absolutely loved it. Amazing session with Caroline last night. Tried her Hopi ear candling & reflexology combo. Was amazing & very relaxing. Slept fantastically after it & it really helped with my tinnitus. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!

Thank you so much Caroline- I was a prize winner and had fabulous reflexology, hopi ear candling and lymphatic facial drainage � from the start Caroline was very professional with a thorough consultation so that I would get the best from my treatment. Can’t recommend Caroline highly enough. From the very first moment in her company I felt so relaxed, she was so welcoming and friendly. She is amazing at what she does, I got the head to toe combo treatment and I felt full of positive energy afterwards and I slept great. I would highly recommend Caroline and the service she provides, I had the Hopi ear handling, head and facial massage and reflexoly. my sinus problems have dramatically improved and have slept so much better since session, I will definitely be returning.
