Caroline is amazing and knows what she is doing. the reflexology was amazing. i didnt know what to expect but i came out of there very relaxed and positive. had a good chat about what she found during the session and how she was able to help me and guide me in what to do next. alredy looking fwd to my next session. anyone considering doing this just bite the bullet and call Caroline. i promise you wont be disappointed. 😃

  I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Well I didn’t leave the clinic feeling like that, I left with a clear head feeling positive. Not only did the treatment work 100%, Caroline was so welcoming and positive. She knew actually how I felt and made me feel so comfortable. Would I recommend White Light Healing?? I’d put my life in her hands!!! I honestly can’t believe the way I feel after just one treatment...., all I can say is just try it!!!

I had my hopi ear candleing, facial drainage and reflexology with Caroline on Thursday. Can't say enough about Caroline or her treatment. Would seriously recommended her.

  I have been for both reflexology and Thai foot massage at White Light Healing and have found that Caroline is fantastic. She is warm and welcoming and the treatments are amazing. Every time I have floated out of there totally relaxed.

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline is so friendly, calm and professional and as I said above I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you x

  I would highly recommend Caroline ! She is very skills listens and then explains how she can help ! I’ve been seeing her for few months now as menopause symptoms were unbearable ! Initially weekly and now by weekly has made a massive improvement on my hot flushes night sweats and general sleeping patterns! It’s so relaxing and Caroline really explores your symptoms to get best outcome for her clients !

  Today was my third visit to White Light Healing. It was a fabulous experience, I was feeling stressed and anxious on arrival.   After a serious head and back injury my daughters life had changed drastically. From a child that never sat still to a child who slept all the time , constant pain daily tasks where hard to manage. No quality of life. At the recommendation of a consultant neurologist we started reflexology and found Caroline in September this year. The changes started to happen sleeping at night-more energy-more pain free days. Now 2 months on the difference is unbelievable-attending college-concentration-energy levels-from a child who couldn’t push a shopping trolley from pain to now joining a gym .   I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much.
