I have been to Caroline several times for reflexology and I have floated out a different person to when I went in. She has really decreased my stress levels and she has a wonderfully caring nature.   Caroline was recommended to me for pregnancy reflexology when I was in my last week of pregnancy. As you do feel fed up in your final few weeks of pregnancy. I left Caroline feeling refreshed, able to sleep better. I believe my labour was only 3 hrs and not a problem ,discharged from hospital 11 hrs later because i had such an amazing treatment by Caroline before hand. Weeks later I returned to Caroline for Reflexology ,hopi ear candling again feeling amazing after treatments. words cant describe how great I find Caroline. Definitely recommend you go and experience for yourself.

  Caroline has a lovely kind warm and safe presence for children and adults. My 10 yr old son attends Caroline and loooooves her, he tells her everything so whilst she's not a therapist she provides a safe space where they feel they can share. He always struggles to stay awake when she gets to his bid toe and finds it fascinating himself. My 13 year old daughter also attends and the same she will chat away to Caroline about everything. she tends to be asleep after a few minutes and describes the experience as having her brain unravelled. Caroline is so patient so kind and I love that she comes from the same mindset as me so often my children think we've been talking prior to our sessions because shell give the very same advice. coming from someone other than their mammy is so much more accepting so as a parent I am truly grateful for Caroline and the wonder work she does. I've yet to get my feet up on that bed but I will!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

  First time having Hopi ear handling, lymphatic face drainage and foot reflexology done, certainly won't be my last. Caroline is a beautiful person and I felt at ease as soon as I entered her premises. She explained everything to me before hand so perfectly. Caroline has a magic touch, I literally felt every ounce of stress melting from my body. I will definitely return on a regular basis and would recommend White Light Healing to all.

My 3 year old son had Hopi ear treatment with Caroline. I couldn’t believe how still and relaxed he was during the treatment. He’s always suffered from glue ear and ear infections and this treatment has made such a difference.

  I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!!   My husband and I both went to Caroline for some relaxation and release 2 weeks ago and we were blown away by how good she was, and how much time she spent giving us knowledgeable advice and tips.
