Really enjoyed my sessions with Caroline, felt so relaxed and good after each one. She was able to work on my problem areas and help me out. Caroline is a lovely person and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable.will defo be back for more, highly recommend.

I took my 2.5 year old to see Caroline after I had the most relaxing experience with her for the ear Hopi treatment.. my little boy suffers with his ears since 8/9 month old and we have been down the anti biotic route and surgical! We had our first treatment last week and my god the wax that came out of his ear must have been driving him mad! He has had the best week so far! Sleeping, eating better for me, behaving as good as a two year old does ( behavior was exceptionally bad when ears played up on him ) Caroline was so kind, gentle and utterly understanding- I was nervous that he wouldn’t stay easy for treatment but my pictures prove it. He loved it hasn’t said his ears are hurting all week. Caroline I just want to thank you so much you have two new loyal customers. Ps my treatment was for my hayfever and I have had it under control since being with Caroline. I still take an antihistamine but my symptoms are managed by it now..

  A warm welcome and relaxing, inviting treatment room. Caroline made every effort to find out what my ailments were to match the right treatment to my symptoms. A combination of Hopi ear candling, face and foot reflexology really helped clear blocked sinuses, ease a migraine and helped improve sleeping.

  Just recently found Caroline @ White Light Healing and really enjoying Reflexology sessions. For whatever reason, you need to take a load off, relax, destress, chill or rebalance yourself, I highly recommend Caroline and reflexology, she is a lovely person and great therapist ... treat yourself.

  I have been going to Caroline at White Light Healing for Reflexology since Christmas. Up to then I had been living with reduced mobility and walked with a cane. I no longer do so. My daughter bought me my first voucher for Christmas and I haven’t looked back since. I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough. This place is a diamond of tranquility which rejuvenates the areas most needed. I don’t feel pain anymore, though I do still have areas of numbness, this is receding. I look forward to my sessions every fortnight. I figure I owe myself this time, this healing and know that I will always leave feeling wonderful and regenerated.   I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much. Caroline began teaching me baby reflexology which I'm looking so forward to learning more about in the coming weeks.sometimes we all need a bit of me time Getting my hair or nails done doesn't relax me it's a chore so I've found something that enriches me emotionally and I deserve it so thank you so much Caroline 💕

  I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I cannot reccommend this amazingly talented and gifted lady enough shes brilliant and what she does. Always Happy Friendly and professional and goes above and beyond for all clients. Everyone needs a lady like Caroline in there life. I cannot wait till baby is born to do the mother and baby reflexology with her. 5 stars are not enough for this lady

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

I had my very first reflexology session with the wonderful Caroline last night. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for my next session. I suffer with endometriosis and also I get really sore joints and cannot live without painkillers as there is no medical cure. Today was the first day in years I woke up and could walk without creeks in my joints I also didn't go straight for the painkillers. Thank you so much Caroline for such a peaceful, relaxing experience
