Wonderful treatments. Caroline made me feel so calm and relaxed. Pain in back has eased. Treatment has cleared sinus infection. Great stress reliever. Can't wait for next treatment. Would recommend to everyone for stress, pain, relaxation. There is nothing this woman can't fix!

Had a relaxing couple of sessions with Caroline. She is a lovely person and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Was suffering from bad headaches and the Hopi candle with reflexology treatment really helped and also gave me loads of energy. I would highly recommend a session even if it is to chill out for an hour and have a great sleep that night after the treatment �

  Finally booked appointment with Caroline after sharing her page since she started her business and recommended lots of people to her. Went with the weight of the world on my shoulders which was starting to affect my kneck movement!! I'd never had Reflexology done before but Caroline worked MAGIC and I mean MAGIC next day I was 80% better had another treatment today. I also suffer with Raynaud's and noticed this morning after my walk my fingers hadn't turned white mention it to Caroline and she said that she would have work on that area also... This lady is a genius. Xx💕

We brought our daughter Hannah who suffers with anxiety and is special needs to Caroline for some treatments. From the moment Hannah went into the room she was so relaxed and calm. Caroline is amazing and so knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and even gave us some exercises to do with Hannah. She passed on a lot of her knowledge to us. Hannah loved the sessions and got so much from them. Caroline also gave her some little aroma sticks to help calm herself down if she got anxious. These were so helpful for Hannah. All in all we can not recommend Caroline enough She is such a lovely and kind person

  I had my first reflexology session last week..I was apprehensive as I'm not great with any one touching my feet and this was very new to me! Caroline put me straight at ease from the moment she met me at the door. She's a really lovely person and has a lovely presence. The reflexology itself is unbelievable you can feel the areas that Caroline is working on, it's so relaxing and calming. I had my second session tonight & I will be back again. I'm already feeling the benefits and so are my two little girls...Caroline showed me some reflexology I could practice on them myself and they loved it! ❤

I have had several treatments with Caroline (including the fabulous deal she has running now) and each time has been as fastastic as the first!! You can really feel she enjoys pampering you and has a genuine interest in your health! The room is so cosy and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable!!The treatments really helps bad sleepers too! It is so important to take an hour out for something like this for a break away from every day stresses and assists work-life balance!

  Last week I had the pleasure of having my first reflexology session and I'm so glad I chose Caroline! I've been teaching in the beauty industry for over 10 years so needless to say I'm fussy! Caroline has a beautiful, warm yet professional manner. The treatment was incredibly relaxing. I had my very first reflexology session with the wonderful Caroline last night. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for my next session. I suffer with endometriosis and also I get really sore joints and cannot live without painkillers as there is no medical cure. Today was the first day in years I woke up and could walk without creeks in my joints I also didn't go straight for the painkillers.   After months of madness working in a busy hospital I had no idea how much tension and stress had built up in my body. I had an Indian head massage and reflexology with Caroline and could literally feel it all leaving my body especially when she tipped back the gravity chair and I felt like I was floating.
