  I would highly recommend Caroline and the service she provides, I had the Hopi ear handling, head and facial massage and reflexoly. my sinus problems have dramatically improved and have slept so much better since session, I will definitely be returning.

Had my first reflexology treatment with Caroline last week and cannot wait to return. I suffer with bad anxiety and don't sleep very well. All I can say is that I literally floated out of the treatment room on a cloud! I had the best nights sleep I had in months and felt calm and relaxed for days afterwards. Caroline is a kind, lovely, warm hearted person and put me completely at ease within moments of meeting her. I highly recommend her services!

I had the pleasure of meeting caroline last saturday morning for some treatments... she had a taster of ear hopi, lymphatic draining and reflexologhy. Through the years ive had reflex done and was very satisfied with it until i had mine done with caroline at WHITE LIGHT seriously people you wont know what im talking about till you try it....   Last week I had the pleasure of having my first reflexology session and I'm so glad I chose Caroline! I've been teaching in the beauty industry for over 10 years so needless to say I'm fussy! Caroline has a beautiful, warm yet professional manner. The treatment was incredibly relaxing.   I’ve been having reflexology with Caroline very regularly since July and I still count down the days before each treatment. I look forward to them so much! it’s my “Me Time” that’s become all the more important to get especially in these crazy times we find ourselves in. From the moment you walk through the door you easily switch off from the outside world and this is mainly due to Caroline herself who’s just the warmest loveliest person you’re likely to meet.

  Today was my third visit to White Light Healing. It was a fabulous experience, I was feeling stressed and anxious on arrival.   What an amazing experience I had with Caroline. having never tried reflexology I was a bit unsure as to what to expect. After my first session I walked away being able to breath through my nose for the first time in over a month. being pregnant I was unable to take anything to help but Caroline worked her magic to give me some much needed relief. Amazing.

I suffer from anxiety and spinning and don’t sleep much I’ve had Caroline visit me twice now she has thought me pressure points and breathing techniques and she also got me a scent stick to help me when I’m out and it has worked great can’t wait for next visit

  Holistic Healing and Harmony

  I have been suffering for years with vertigo and blurred vision which Was completely stopping me reaching my full potential in my personal life and business . I spent thousands of euros on specialist from all over the world with absolutely no avail. I felt like completely giving up on outside help. Until a few weeks ago I got recommended to Caroline in white light healing. As soon as I got to the door I was greeted with a big warm friendly smile by Caroline and made to feel so at ease and relaxed.   I met with Caroline for the first time last night for 90 minutes of heaven. Hopi ear candling is a must for everybody! I feel so light and my sinus have cleared. Reflexology will now become a regular treatment for me. Caroline is very good at what she does and had great advice and home techniques for me to practice to maximise my well being. A lovely warm person with great skill.

My 3 year old son had Hopi ear treatment with Caroline. I couldn’t believe how still and relaxed he was during the treatment. He’s always suffered from glue ear and ear infections and this treatment has made such a difference.

  I was stressed arriving at Caroline's today as I was late for our apt and have a two month old baby. Within minutes she had my feet in her hands and she had me relaxed In the warm and safe atmosphere created in her treatment room. I would have stayed all day with Caroline teaching me techniques and showing me how to ground myself when things get too much.
