I have been going to Caroline at White Light Healing for Reflexology since Christmas. Up to then I had been living with... reduced mobility and walked with a cane. I no longer do so. My daughter bought me my first voucher for Christmas and I haven’t looked back since. I can’t recommend Caroline highly enough. This place is a diamond of tranquility which rejuvenates the areas most needed. I don’t feel pain anymore, though I do still have areas of numbness, this is receding. I look forward to my sessions every fortnight. I figure I owe myself this time, this healing and know that I will always leave feeling wonderful and regenerated. I have to thank you so much Caroline for you hard and amazing work with Leslie, my partner who had stroke on the spinal... cord after surgery what left him paralysed neck down in July. I got in touch with Caroline on November and Leslie had his first feet reflexology. I was expecting to get Leslie's mind more relaxed after his life was turned upside down. What i didn't expect was to get his blood sugars much more stable and normalising what doctors couldn't get under control at all with medication only. Latest big news for us is Leslie moved his right hand up and down from elbow 13th of March. We were just told by rehab consultants end of Feb that he haven't shown much progress with 6 months so its no hope. So to see him moving his hand was overwhelming for us. Thank you for believing his ability and not giving up on us as doctors did and not letting me to lose hope on him. You are amazing.read more

I can’t thank Caroline enough for the difference she’s made in my life. I’m suffering with sinusitis years. 3 weeks ago... it turn into BPP Vertigo, I taught I was loosing my mind. I went to have the Hopi ear candle treatment yesterday. I couldn’t breath, I’d heavy bags under my eyes and I felt so down and tired. Finally booked appointment with Caroline after sharing her page since she started her business and recommended lots of... people to her. Went with the weight of the world on my shoulders which was starting to affect my kneck movement!! I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. I have a 2 year old that has been a difficult sleeper since birth and as she... reached 2 it began to get worse! I have used a sleep therapist twice and although I saw big improvements, it never lasted due to developmental leaps, nap dropping and it was very restrictive! I contacted Caroline and I really wish I had of contacted her sooner! She showed me how to do Zone therapy on my little girls feet and within 3 or 4 nights of incorporating it into her bedtime routine she is finally sleeping through the night! No more broken sleep for us, and more importantly a well rested and happy little girl! Amazing!!!! Caroline has a lovely kind warm and safe presence for children and adults. My 10 yr old son attends Caroline and... loooooves her, he tells her everything so whilst she's not a therapist she provides a safe space where they feel they can share. He always struggles to stay awake when she gets to his bid toe and finds it fascinating himself. My 13 year old daughter also attends and the same she will chat away to Caroline about everything. she tends to be asleep after a few minutes and describes the experience as having her brain unravelled. Caroline is so patient so kind and I love that she comes from the same mindset as me so often my children think we've been talking prior to our sessions because shell give the very same advice. coming from someone other than their mammy is so much more accepting so as a parent I am truly grateful for Caroline and the wonder work she does. I recently started getting reflexology from Caroline, im in my third trimester of pregnancy and wasnt sleeping and was... so uncomfortable and had swelling in my hands and feet. Since i started refloxogy with this incredible lady who i am sleeping most of the night only waking once or twice to go to the toilet and im falling back asleep almost instantly which never happened before reflexology id be awake the rest of the night once i woke. I cannot reccommend this amazingly talented and gifted lady enough shes brilliant and what she does. Always Happy Friendly and professional and goes above and beyond for all clients. i booked my nanny in for a head to toe combo this week. now she doesnt really try new things but after being with... caroline myself for treatments i talked her into it 😂. the night before i rang her to make sure she was all set and she had so much anxiety about going but again i just reassured her and told her she would enjoy it. the next morning i dropped her off to caroline, made sure she was settled and told her id be back to pick her up . an hour and a half later i went back and found shed been converted 😁 she absolutly loved it. her ears that were giving her hassle now felt"free" after her hopi and she says she can walk on her feet now without worrying about her body pain .she felt totally relaxed and at ease . she is now singing carolines praises to all the family and wants me to plan her next visit 😂 😊😍read more

For me it's being able to emotionally open up without using words in a calming relaxing cosy environment. It's a... massage and an anxiety treatment all in one. It helps me manage my bad sleep pattern. I feel a level of stress being lifted off my shoulders as soon as the treatment begins. Overall I am happy leaving my reflexology treatment when maybe I wasn't happy at all before it began. It is really helping me go through my journey. Caroline was recommended to me for pregnancy reflexology when I was in my last week of pregnancy. As you do feel fed up... in your final few weeks of pregnancy. I had my first appointment with Caroline last week. From the minute I entered her beautiful home she made me feel... relaxed welcomed she listens with a kind ear and a warm smile. The reflexology was just amazing as Caroline worked on different eras of my body through my feet I could feel and recognise the areas that she was working on, at that moment in time. it was relaxing amazing and just mind-blowing to understand how your Body Works and how importing the feet are to the body. After leaving Caroline I was on cloud nine I was like a bubble and even the following day it was just so relaxed. Caroline gave me three exercises to do which I am doing on a daily basis and I am finding what she has taught me from just that one session I feel like it has made a change in a positive way. I can't wait for my next session this week and I would recommend 100% it's amazing. I've have in the last year or so have been talking about liking to do reflexology and I'm looking into hopefully start the course because it's something I'm definitely interested in and if I hadn't gone for the session with Caroline I don't think I'll be following this through so thank you so much Caroline for everything and see you this weekread more

I took my 2.5 year old to see Caroline after I had the most relaxing experience with her for the ear Hopi treatment..... my little boy suffers with his ears since 8/9 month old and we have been down the anti biotic route and surgical! We had our first treatment last week and my god the wax that came out of his ear must have been driving him mad! He has had the best week so far!
